"Healing on the Run" is how we rehab at the INFERNO. We know people get hurt. We want to make sure people heal correctly so that they can get back into the workouts. Sometimes, complete time off is needed. Sometime scaling is needed. The trainers at the INFERNO care about each of you and want to see you succeed. To do this, we need to fully understand the aches and pains you have, what you can and cant do. This way we can give you a workout that will help you keep training even though you are hurt. But just because you are hurt doesn't mean that you completely ignore that body part. We have some sore shoulders in the gym right now. If we are doing overhead stuff or things involving the shoulders, then what we will do is switch to a single arm movement for you and change the weight. This allows you to still get a workout and work your body as a system. Remember we don't work pieces, we work systems. So, when you come to workout and you have a pain, please let the trainer know. The trainers will then give you an appropriate workout. It will look very similar to the wod that the rest of the group is doing. We are a team and we train as a team.
