Our INFERNO GOALS BOARD has many out-dated goals on it.  Its time to either change the dates or pick some new ones.  Now, if you are planning on using the same goal, that's fine.  But, I want you to erase your name and the goal and rewrite it again.  This is so that we can reaffirm what we want to accomplish.  If we just change the date, then the goal gets lost up there with the sea of others.  If we resubmit the whole thing then we start all over.  Remember GOALS are things we want to accomplish that are above what we can currently do but are within our reach.  To get to the big goals we need to pick "short term" goals.  They are just as important as "long term" goals.  But it allows us to slowly bite off successful pieces of that big goal until we can accomplish it.  Now get in there and get those GOALS!!!!

Our Foundations Class will be this Saturday at 8am.  If you are one of our Unlimited monthly members please send us an email at crossfitinferno@gmail.com to let us know you will be there.  Remember this is a requirement for all of our Unlimited members and strongly suggested to all of our members.  This 3 hour class will give you specialized instruction on the 9 basic moves of Crossfit, help you move more efficiently and more correctly so that you can reduce the chance of injury and increase gains in all areas of fitness.  See you there!

*yes you do the jumps and the T2B twice and no we dont want step ups!
