We stress proper form and technique each and everyday at the INFERNO. Making sure that you are setting up correctly so that you can move correctly from that position enables you to be more efficient and more powerful with each and every move you do. We only have control over you for 1 hour a day. What happens for the other 23 hours? Do you keep proper posture all the time? Do you think about it all the time? DO you correct it all the time? What about when you have to do a certain task or job, do you move the right way as you do in the gym? Do you just bend over and pick it up without thinking about the right way yo move. You are training functional movements in the gym so that you can perform functional movements in the real world. Remember, we were genetically built to move a certain way. *185#/125# or 70% your 3RM Clean (any kind)
As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
Buy-in: Hand Stand Push-ups (20 reps/10 reps)
30 reps Double Unders
20 reps Knees to Elbows
10 reps Burpees
