People come to the INFERNO to get a new workout.  They want to try something new and exciting.  We give that to them! Our workouts will shock their body like nothing before and they will see some amazing changes.  However, if someone truly wants to make a change in their body composition and look, the first and foremost important thing will be the diet.  A workout program will only take you so far.  If you really want a change in body look and performance then the right nutrition is the key.  This is why "Nutrition" is the first step in the Crossfit lifestyle.  The problem with this is that the trainers don't get to watch you all the time when you are eating.  We only see you when you are in the gym and moving weight around.  Here we can help you scale, push you to move more weight, and correct your form. But once you get outside the gym door, you are on your own.  We have had some great success with our past INFERNO PALEO CHALLENGE.  I think its time we start it again.  This will allow those of you who choose to join up, the chance really see some change because you will be watched outside the gym and be forced to think about your food each and every meal.  Lets see who is interested and we will put together a time for the 2nd CROSSFIT INFERNO PALEO CHALLENGE!!!  Post if your interested!
