Everyone hates to be injured or get stuck having to work or whatever that takes you out of your normal workout routine.  You may feel that everyday you miss, you are spiraling backwards to that place where you were before you started to Crossfit.  I feel your agony with this.  It feels so good when you are in your routine of hitting it hard and breaking PRs right and left.  The last thing you want to have happen is a long break.  But you can put a very positive spin on this break, or at least coming back from the break.  See it as a way to start over or hit the reset button.  Figure out what movements you need work on and then really train the technique so that you make that foundation stronger than what it was before your break.  Also, this break will allow your mind to recharge so that you are excited to do the workouts instead of dreading how it will feel or how hard it will be.  These breaks in our training have to happen.  This is life and things will always come up.  Don't let it get the best of you.  Accept it then use it to your advantage.  Make it work in your favor!
