The Unknown and the Unknowable......this is what we train for. We don't want your body knowing what it is going to have to do in our workouts. Yes the workout is shown at 1201am for that day, but you will not have done most of these workouts before. You may not know how or if to pace yourself, or what the stacking of the load and the rounds may feel like. This keeps your body guessing and forcing to change, this means growth in all of the 10 physical traits. The Games this year are doing the same thing. The athletes will only find out the what the next event is 90 minutes before it starts. This is going to limit the amount of prep time and see who will have the best raw fitness, putting most strategy out. They wont know what is next or how many events they will have to do. Truly Unknown and Unknowable. You will find out what the event are posted on the main website right when the athletes find them out. Would you be able to handle this?
