Why do you think it might be a goodthing to learn how to be more comfortable in being uncomfortable?  Will it help you in a sporting event, will it help you in your job, will it help you when real life gets at you, will it help you in your relationships?  The answer to all of these is yes!  The better you are able to handle situations when you are tired, breathing hard, under discomfort, hot, sweaty, etc, the better you will be able to handle them.  We are tired, sore, hot, breathing heavy, fatigued, etc when we train.  Its not only to get you better physically, it gets you better mentally.  Yes it is a mind f*#$k sometimes, but then again.....so is life!  So lets do this thing!!!!

"Clean ups"

Complete the following:

Cleans (Power or Squat)

*15 minutes to find your 1RM, or practice movement 4x10

then....

.

2 reps Cleans (85% of 1RM)

*complete 2 reps each minute on the minute for 25 minutes, for each unsuccessful round do 5 strict pull-up, these are done immediately at the end of the 25 minutes
