Going to the Crossfit Games this past weekend, I was able to see what type of athlete our training can create.  But even though the most elite were the ones that competed, I thought about all the areas where Crossfit is used to make people better.  There is the training for the normal everyday Joe, there is training that can be used for children, there is training that can be used for high school and college sports, there is training that can be done for pregnant women, there is training that can done for the elderly, there is training that can be done for public safety and military, there is training that can done for rehabilitation, and the list goes on.  The crazy thing is that the training for all of these different examples, is all the same training.  Constantly Varied, Functional Movements, done at High Intensity.  This is what we do here at the INFERNO.  We stress Movement, then Consistency, then Intensity.  With this recipe, you will see results like never before for the rest of your life!  We are CROSSFIT INFERNO!!!!!  COME FEEL THE BURN!!!
