Why do we do what we do? Its tiring, we breath hard, we sweat like crazy, we eat different foods. Are we weird?? Maybe to the mainstream masses of "wanna-be" workout people. Here at the INFERNO, we are on a quest for our ULTIMATE level of fitness. We want to be functional for longer. We want to be able to do any activity we want. We don't want to get sick or predispose ourselves to inflammatory type diseases like diabetes, Alzheimer, and cancers. Our world is unique because do not concern ourselves just by our looks but by our performance. When we work hard and move our bodies the way they were meant to move, and eat the way they were meant to eat, then they will look the way they are supposed to look. *anytime you have to put the bar down, your penalty is 100m sprint
100 reps Hang Power Cleans (95#, 65#)
*anytime you drop the bar, your penalty is 5 Burpees
100 reps Push Press (95#, 65#)
*anytime you drop the bar your penalty is 5 Pull-ups.
**penalties are done right when the bar is dropped, no racks will be used.
