Cool Downs.......we don't do a group cool down here at the gym.  This doesn't mean that cool downs aren't important.  They are!  But everyone's body responds differently to a workout and will require its own personal cool down.  For some, static stretching may be the cool down of choice (this is actually the only time you should do static stretching).  for others it may be a light jog or a row.  And for others it might be the "foam roller".  We have some members that will stay for the "joint mobility" time ofthe following class relax the body a little.  All of these are fine but you need to find what works best for your body.  So hit the workout hard, then top it with a little cool down  Keep up the good work!
