These workouts are just as much mental as they are physical. What is the big deal about making you go straight through on the sets? Why is unbroken so important? Because you need to know that you can do it. You need to know that even though it burns, you will not stop until you are done with it. Now in these workouts, and today's in particular, the object is to complete the whole thing as fast as you can. But, we will give you as much rest as you need in between each of the movements. So how fast will go? I am challenging you today! Show the trainer, and yourself that you will make it through all of the moves without a break in the set. Lets see that confidence!!! Come in knowing that you can do it!!!

Complete the following:
Hand Stand Push-up Practice (10 minutes)
*Use static handstands, boxes, bars, plates, paralettes, or rings
5 sets of:
25 unbroken reps of Wall Balls (20#@10', 15#@10')
20 unbroken reps of Hang Squat Snatch (95#, 65#)
25 unbroken reps of KB Swing (50#, 35#)
* for each time you stop during the rep set you owe 5 push-up at the end of the workout
