I have been asked why are RX'ed WOD weights and reps are so high compared to many other crossfit affiliates.  There are a couple reasons: 1) High Standards breed high results! If you set the bar high and you are constantly shooting for the sky then it becomes normal for you to ALWAYS give your best.  2)  Since we have so many people using the website, everyone's schedule is different so we treat everyday as if its your first day.  What this means is that you need to make sure that you are taking your rest days as needed.  Many prescribe to the 3 on and 1 off.  Others will do the 5 days on 2 days off. This looks more like 3days hard, the fourth is about 75%, and the 5th is about 50% intensity.  And 3) We are just bad ass!!! That's right!!!  You heard me!!!  We have a large group of individuals from all ages, all fitness levels, and all walks of life that come here and lay it down!!!  They aren't here just to exercise.  They are here to become the most functionally fit individuals they can and be functional longer!  Definitely a group that is amazing to be a part of!!  Keep it up INFERNITES!!
