We have had some of our members doing some great things over the last week!  Krystyna Kubran crushed her competition in both women's classes in her last motorcycle race (seen below on the Hooters bike and her trophies).  Way to show how being a better athlete just makes you better at everything!!  And Stephanie Kennedy took 2nd place at the Ventura Central Coast Clash yesterday out of 27 women.  She was just a few points shy of a 1st place finish.  Way to go ladies!

This is what GPP is all about.  General Physical Preparedness is being ready for anything that will come your way.  To be ready for this, or to have this, means that you are a FIT person in the eyes of our definition of fitness:  High level of aptitude in all 10 areas of Physical Characteristics.  The only way to ensure that you are training all of these areas is to do what we do each and everyday: Constantly Varied Functional Movements Done at High Intensity over Broad Time Domains.  This is what we do and this is why the members of our gym are seeing successes in everything they do.  they see it in life, sport and career.  Don't you want a little of this?
