Dedication..... this word always comes up when you are trying to achieve something.  Everyone always says they have dedication.  But this is one of those things that you have to take a true look at yourself in the mirror to see if you are really dedicated to whatever it is your trying to do.  Are you trying to lose weight?  Well then you cant just say "I eat pretty healthy", and just turn your head away.  It takes you making sure that you eat the right things and stay on track.  You don't do "cheat days" or let yourself slip.  The more you stay true to your plan, the more dedicated you are. If you want to get stronger/faster/better at our workouts then you need to dedicate yourself to it.  You need to make working out a priority in your life.  We all have things going on but if you want to improve, then you will make sure you have the time to make yourself better.  Are you doing this?  How dedicated are you?  what are you dedicated to?  Post it!!
