INTEGRITY.......This word comes up a bunch in the public safety realms.  Basically it means "doing what it right when no body is looking".  Does this have any place in the INFERNO GYM?  Sure it does!  Integrity here means the same thing.  We get some really crowded days and there isn't always someone to sit and count all your reps, or ensure that they are full Range of Motion (ROM).  Sometimes the competitive side of us will get the best of us and the time is what drives us. But who loses out when this happens?  You do.  You are the one that is not gaining the full benefits of the workout.  You are the one that is giving yourself a false sense of accomplishment.  And when you are watched, you will not be able to perform the way you think you should.  There will always be mistakes in counting and sometimes you really feel like your going all the way.  Its not a big deal.  But you know when you shortcut the workout.  Keep it honest.  Keep it real.  Make sure all your gains are true gains.  You deserve all the successes you have.  And the more you keep it real, the more true successes you will have!! Keep up the good work!!
