We have had a bunch of new people come to our gym over the last couple weeks.  Do you remember your first time?  Walking into a big warehouse with some big black mat in the middle of the open space, loud music, no mirrors, and a bunch of really sweaty people walking out past you?  How did you feel?  Scared? Worried? Excited? Fired up?  And now now its your gym!  When you see a new person come into the gym, please remember how you felt and try to make them feel comfortable.  Say Hi and welcome them to your gym!  You are our best advertisement!  We couldn't ask for anything more!  Have a great workout today and post about your first day!!
