The coaches at the INFERNO all want you to succeed.  We want you to improve that body, improve those lifts, reduce the weaknesses you have and help you to reach your full potential.  However, this is not a one person job.  It takes 2, the coach and YOU.  We can offer you the best training, we can give you the best advise, we can give you the best critiques of your movements, your diet, your routine, but if you don't follow our lead then you will only go so far.  The 1 hour classes are exactly that: 1 hour of coached training from start to finish.  We are watching and pushing not just on the technical aspects of the workout and not just the WOD, but the entire time you are there.  We want you, and NEED you to follow the warm-up the way we intended it to be.  As i have said before, you can add to the warm-up if you like, however DO NOT SKIP parts of the daily warm-up.  Each part of the warm-up is important and is there for a reason.  The coaches will be getting on you to ensure that the appropriate warm-up is getting done.  Do not fight the program.  When you are here, we need you to follow the coaches lead.  We want to make you the best you can be, let us help you achieve that goal!
