Its finally out!!!  Robb Wolf's new book, The Paleo Solution, has hit the stores and it is a must read for sure!  Robb has a unique way of revealing the what and why of the Paleo diet in a very easy conversation fashion.  He goes over his own history with the Paleo diet and how he was becoming sicker and sicker when he was a Vegetarian and accidentally found Paleo.  He describes why wheat and grains are bad for you, (yes even the whole wheat and oats are bad for you), and why fat is actually something that you need.  He reveals why the basis of our nutrition system is totally false and that we can actually heal ourselves by eating the way were are genetically predisposed to eat.  Check it out!!!!

*sprint starts at the grass and goes to the sidewalk of Suburban Rd and back to the gym.  Do burpees inside the gym.
