We have seen a trend lately here at the INFERNO.  The weird thing is that it is very close to what happens in normal "globo-gyms".  Here's what happens......Monday: huge classes! Tuesday: Big classes, Wednesday: good size classes, Thursday: small classes, Friday: empty classes, and Saturday: random handful.  I understand that some of you may be on the 3on 1 off, 2 on 1 off program.  But if this were the case, then our friday classes would be as packed as our Monday classes.  I understand that it is hard to keep up the intensity of your workouts everyday.  But sometimes it takes making yourself go just so that you stay on track.  You need to get your body into the routine of staying active.  We all know that sometimes your body is wrecked from some of the workouts and you may need to take an extra day off, this is fine.  But don't make this the norm for yourself.  We want to see you all continue to improve and grow in all the 10 areas of fitness.  But this cant happen if you dont come in.  And plus we like to see all of our members!!!!!  Dont let yourself be a Monday gym person.  Be a week long crossfitter.  See you in the gym:)
