Today is about pushing through that burning feeling you have when you are just passing the anaerobic threshold.  We want you to go as fast as you possibly can on these intervals.  Yes it will start to burn, but that's the point.  It should hit you like a closing door somewhere between the 1 and 3 minute mark.  The point of today workout is to push through it as far as you can.  This is when we get in better shape.  Every time we push just a little bit further, we move that pain line back just a bit.  We have said before about trying to get comfortable with being uncomfortable.  Your body is an amazing machine and is able to do way more that you think it can.  Your brain wants to tell it to slow down or rest way before it actually needs to.  Your job as the owner of your body is to be able to make it do as much work as possible.  Don't worry about how hard you are breathing, or how fast your heart is beating.  We really aren't concerned with that.  We just want you to get more and more out of your body each and everyday.  You will be given 4 different chances to do it today.  Go Balistic!!!!  See what the absolute max number of reps you can get in that five minutes.  You will have chances to go nuts.......so go nuts!!!!
