The great thing about working out the way we do is that you have a "General Physical Preparedness" like never before.  Without training for specific activities, you have the foundation to do ANY activity.  I would like to challenge you to challenge yourself on this.  Pick an activity and just go and do it.  Don't worry that you haven't trained for it.  just go out and do it.  We say that for elite fitness you need to train the way we train and eat the way we eat, but then also to try new sports often.  This first of all is fun, and second, it pushes your body into new stimulus that will again help it to change, grow and improve its self.  So get out there and do things!  See what that new functional body can do!  Experience what life has to offer since you now have your life back!!

There is a 5k run and a half marathon today starting at 8am, San Luis Obispo City to the Sea.
