Why don't we do open gym at the INFERNO?  Its not because we don't want people to work on their weaknesses.  We know that people get frustrated when they just cant quite get a muscle-up or a handstand push-up or some other movement.  But when the room is open and everyone starts randomly doing stuff, then they aren't being watched to make sure they are moving correctly, or moving safety.  Safety is first and foremost in the gym.  If there are things you need to work on, there usually is 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after the class that you can practice.  The trainer can watch your form and give you pointers to work on.  Use this time to your advantage.  If you need more time on Olympic Lifts (which are the Clean and Jerk and the Snatch), there is the time before and after the class.  We do quite a bit of work on these movements anyways so the practice is there for you.  As with all of our movement practice, you need to really concentrate on the warm-up for it and then hit it hard during the WODs.  Lets all excel!!!
