So, we talk about intensity.........check out this article.  It a little scientific report about the effects of high intensity training versus a more cardio-based workout regimen  "Impact of exercise intensity on body fatness and skeletal muscle metabolism."   This study was done back in 1994 but the results are pretty consistent with what we talk about now at the INFERNO.   Man we are cool!!!  :)

So i have only heard from 3 people about doing a Halloween WOD.  I need to know who is wanting to do it so that we can coordinate it. Post it!
