Now is the time of the year where people start to think about all the goodies there are for the holidays.  Have you thought about them already? Its a very tough time to keep eating the right way.  The key to ensuring that you are staying on track is to involve the special people around you, your family and friends.  Thanksgiving, Christmas and the whole holiday season is time for friends and family anyways.  When you go to do your holiday baking, get on the web and start looking for some very paleo holiday eats.  Everytime we do a challenge, there is always someone who will find the sweetest tasting, but yet still in the paleo realm, foods to make.  So now here your chance to go crazy with it!  Instead of using normal flour, use almond flour or coconut flour.  Use real fruit instead of all the candied fruits and ones with the heavy sugar sausing.  You can use raw honey instead of sugar (its still sugar but not as bad).  And of course, there are always the yams and sweet potatoes.  Have fun with it!  Dont let yourself eat like crap and then do the same old "i resolve to lose some weight for new years" thing that EVERYONE else does.  You are a Hunter-Gatherer Crossfitter!!!!  See how clean you can keep it!!!  I dare you......I even Double Dog dare you:)
