Ok everyone, now it has been REALLY cold in the gym the last couple days.  So, PLEASE make sure you are showing up in enough warm clothes to start your warm-up off right.  Now of course as you get going and your start to warm up, or get into the workout, you can take some of the layers off.  But make sure you start with a good amount on.  This will allow your muscles to get warm quickly so they can contract and relax easily and safely without pulling or tearing.  Remember to take care of yourself when you train.  Part of this is a proper warm up and proper warm up attire.  Take care of your body and it will take care of you!
