We all have excuses, thoughts, or other things come up that stop us from going to the gym to train.  If i was to have you post some of them, we would be here forever.  So, lets go the other way.  What are the things that you tell yourself so that you get yourself to the gym?  Post these up and lets see the kinds of push we need.  This will be different for everyone but it will be interesting.  This will give us a clue into what makes you tick!!!  What kind of push do you like?
