I want to tell all of you something.....people are terrified of what you do!  I read another article today in Men's Journal about ultimate fitness and the opening line said this , "Gym machines are boring, Crossfit is sadistic, and dieting sucks!"  I will agree with gym machines being boring.  I think dieting sucks also and that's why we never preach diets or weight loss or anytihhng like that.  (We talk better food, more nutritious calories, and more complete fuels so that we can perform better, which makes us look better).   But why would someone say that CrossFit is sadistic????  Hmmmm let me guess.... because its hard?!?!?!  This right here is why people are scared of what you do each and everyday.  They are afraid to work hard.  They are afraid to push their bodies into an uncomfortable state.  They DONT want to work hard.  They would rather shake a weight, or drink a shake, or walk on an ellipitical machine watching Oprah.  But they miss the point.  It takes work to be fit!  When we define fitness, we say its a high level of aptitude in all of the 10 physical charteristics, and that we should be able to do any task decently.  Well ask any athlete, it takes time and work to get in shape and be fit.  So why are general people any different?  They arent.  If they want results, they need to work for them.  You guys are doing that each and every day you are here.  You are getting results, you are changing your body, you are changing your mind.  This is crossfit here at the INFERNO.  Be very proud of yourselves for what you have done and where you have come!!!!  We are VERY proud of all of you!!!!

*For each movement do 8 rounds of 20 secs max reps and 10 secs of rest.  The 8th round rest (that last 10 secs of each movement) is when you move to the next movement.  Score this wod by adding your lowest scoring rounds for each movement.  ONLY FULL RANGE OF MOTION COUNTS!!!!
