We talk about true fitness everyday here at the INFERNO.  And to really have true fitness, you need to be doing more than just being involved in an insanely cool workout.  The is no workout out there that is the end-all-be-all by itself.  What else is needed to achieve true fitness?  Nutrition, of course, is going to be the first and foremost part to health and wellness.  If you do not have the proper fuel, then you can only work to a particular level.  Sleep is the next most important part.  If you aren't physically rested to push your body then you will not be able to push to those new levels.  When do you think your body is doing its healing?  That's right......while you are sleeping.  So if you are not getting enough sleep then you do not have enough time to do all the healing and building your body needs.  Once these things are in line, and you toss in a little "bad ass" workout on top, then ultimate fitness is right around the corner!!!  So where are you on your checklist to true fitness?  What else do you do to help increase your level of fitness??  Post it!
