Training partners......If you workout at the INFERNO you have one built in every single day. The training partner you ALWAYS have is the trainer that is there to keep you doing the movements correctly and not let you get lazy and just muddle your way through the warm-up or the workout. But, you also have all the members at the gym. I'm not saying that you will be in constant verbal communication with all the other members of the gym when you are working out, but they are there to help push you when you are there. Between the trainers and the members, you always have someone helping you to do more than you ever could on your own. I know what its like to workout by yourself. This is how i have done it for years. And even though i like to think that i have a pretty good inner drive, I am always so much more pumped up when there is a group going for it. You don't need to manufacture the spark in a group setting like you do when its just you doing it. There is just no comparison! Now i also know that some of you aren't the "rah-rah" type and that is totally fine. But everyone can use a nice word of encouragement or a "knuckle bump" to he or she that is laying on their back exhausted after giving it there all. This camaraderie is what makes our group unique and special. This is being that training partner! We are all in this together and we can all make us even better. Keep on pushing, keep supporting your community, keep helping those around you to push to higher levels!! What kind of coaching or encouragement do you respond to? Post it in the comments.
