"Twelve Steps of Christmas"

**but do the 12 moves every 1/2 mile in the way of the song 'The 12 days of Christmas".  Start by doing the 1st "day of Christmas" then begin your run.

1st day: Hand Stand as long as possible, free-standing

2nd: 2reps Broad Jumps (as far as possible)

3rd: 3reps Forward Rolls

4th: 40m Bear Crawls

5th: 5reps Squat Vertical Jumps (as high as possible)

6th: 6reps Pistols (each leg)

7th: 7reps Tuck Jumps

8th: 80m Walking Lunges

9th: 9reps Sit-ups

10th: 10reps Push-ups

11th: 11reps Burpees

12th: 12reps Hand Stand Push-ups
