Well, we are coming to the close of another holiday season.  Just a handful more days and we are into a new year with new goals, new plans, and new ideas.  We will be starting another Paleo Challenge in the beginning of the month if any of you need a little kick to get into the new year.  Remember, there is no better time than the present to either start, continue, or start back up on your quest for ultimate fitness.  We hope the season is and has been great for everyone but we are looking to getting back on track.  We hope you are too!!!!

This weeks schedule will be M-Th, normal classes, Friday only 8am, no Saturday class.  HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
