Saturday, January 8, 2011 at 1045am to 1145am,  we will be presenting our first "INTRO to CROSSFIT INFERNO CLASS".  This FREE class, which will be held EVERY Saturday, is designed to introduce and welcome people to the CrossFit INFERNO Gym.  If you are a little nervous about what you hear about Crossfit but want to see what all the chatter is about, then this class is for YOU!!  In this 1 hour class, we will stretch you out, warm you up, teach you technique for the day and give you a Workout Of the Day (WOD) that is designed especially for first time Crossfitters.  Come visit us this Saturday and see what all the talk is about.  As always, all of our classes are open for newcomers.  But if you are a little hesitant, then please come and check out this INTRO class.  If you have any questions, please email to crossfitinferno@gmail.com

We also will be having our CROSSFIT INFERNO FOUNDATIONS CLASS this Saturday starting at 7am.  This 3 hour class will give you specific instruction on the 9 basic moves in Crossfit.  It is a required course for all of our Unlimited Workout Members but is available for EVERYONe to attend.  This $100 class will improve your movements, your efficiencies, and safety in your workouts.  Email to crossfitinferno@gmail.com if you plan to attend!!
