So you hear about the INFERNO all the time but are a little nervous to give it a try?  Well then come on out to our new INTRO to CROSSFIT INFERNO CLASS this Saturday starting at 1045am!  This 1 hour class will be held every Saturday for any and all newcomers to Crossfit.  During this class, we will stretch you out, warm you up, teach you technique and give you a WOD (workout of the day) specifically designed for YOU, the Crossfit Newbie!!  Our goal is show you what the INFERNO is all about and welcome you to our community.  This class is FREE and all you need to is show up!  If you have any questions, email us at crossfitinferno@gmail.com! CROSSFIT INFERNO's 3rd edition of the PALEO CHALLENGE will begin next week!!!  This is a challenge to see if you can make it 8 weeks eating only good whole foods.  We will begin with a lecture on the Paleo Diet on Wednesday January 12th during the 730pm time slot (We will not hold our 730 wod that night).  After questions and answers, we will be taking the "before pictures" of everyone.  Remember to wear the same clothes you will want to wear for the "after pictures" for a better comparison.  The rule of the challenge is this:  You must post EVERYTHING you put in your mouth by meal and by day on the Sunday of each week.  The ONLY way to be cancelled out of the challenge is to miss posting by 1159pm on Sunday night.  It's going to be fun!!!!!!!!
