What makes your perfect day to workout at the gym? Some will say it has to be warm and sunny, some would rather it not be nice out because if it is then they want to go be active outside. Which makes the best day for you?? On the flip-side, what makes for the worst day for you to workout? Why am i asking you these things? Its a way of mentally assessing your training. There are some things that can help you to have a good day or a bad day. Once you recognize these things you can modify your day to help you have a better workout! Complete the following:
Deadlifts (225#, 155#)
Hand Stand Push-ups
*21 reps of each then 15 reps of each and finish with 9 reps of each
20 reps Body Weight Front Squats
*take as few sets as possible to get to 20 reps. If you need to scale then do half your body weight and go for 35 reps
