Ok so this is a very cool little video I found on water.  Now, this doesn't mean you should totally count bottled water out.  Its always good to have something that you can quickly grab on the run or use during workouts, etc.  I found something in Mark's Daily Apple that you really should read.  Mark Sisson has a 3 part research on bottled water.  Very interesting!!!  The Daily Apple.  Post up your thoughts about it!!!
