Whats getting older all about anyways?  Here's a little story:  A dad and a son bull are sitting up on top of a hill and looking down at the meadow and see a bunch of cows.  The son looks up at his dad all excited and says, "Hey dad, lets run down to that meadow and go F@$#k one of those cows!"  The dad turns his head slowly and looks at his son and says, "No son.  Lets WALK down to that meadow and F@$#k them all!".  The moral of the story is that even though youth is exciting and seems to be "balls to the wall" all the time, with age comes wisdom.  It might take you a little bit longer to get out of bed in the morning, but you now listen to your body, know how you can accomplish tasks and are able to focus on the important things in life while still being able to have fun.  Age is just a number to put on top of a birthday cake.  If you take care of yourself, keep yourself moving, paleo that diet and learn to see the good things in life then you can go on for along time......Just ask old man Josh "the geezer" Lorenzo!  He turns 30 today!!!!  Please make sure to congratulate him on finally mellowing out:)    Happy Birthday Brotha!!!!!!

For a 30 minute running clock, you must perform the following every minute on the minute:

2 reps Squat Snatch (135#, 95#)

5 reps Box Jumps (24", 20)

*Every 5th minute you must get 30 Tuck Jumps (do not do the snatches and box jumps during this)

**If you do not finsh the required movements in the minute, rest the next minute but you will owe 30 tuck jumps at the end of the workout.
