Foundations Class will be this Saturday starting at 7am.  This 3 hour class will give you specific instruction on the 9 basic moves in INFERNO training.  Please make sure that you email us crossfitinferno@gmail.com to let us know you are going to be there!  This is a required class for all of our Unlimited Members but is highly suggested for al of our other members as well.  If you have any questions, email us!

Why are our trainers so amazing?  They are here for you!  What that means is that they don't just run classes.  They are there to assist you with you movements and keep you, first and foremost, safe.  Safety is extremely important when you are doing full body movements.  Until your body fully understands what and where its supposed to be going, we don't want want to just let you "figure it out".  We will watch you, make corrections and help you to learn the movements and build the strength to keep your proper form.  We will pay attention to each and everyone of you and give you all the knowledge we have to make you a better athlete and a much more functional human.  Our desire is to make you the best you you can be!  This is why the trainers at the INFERNO are so great.  So when you come the the INFERNO, be ready to get the most caring AND the most highly trained and certified coaches in Crossfit on the Central Coast!!!  We can't wait to meet you!!!

"Two Clocks"

Inferno Warm-up X 3

Complete the Following:

*For both movements, you will do 1 rep the 1st minutes, 2 the 2nd, 3 the 3rd, etc until you are unable to get the required number of reps in that minute.  You must get at least complete the 10th round or you will have to do the cash out.  The cash-out is taking 1 minute rest then doing 70% of you highest completed round.  For example if you complete the 7th round but you do no finish the 8th, then you will take one minute rest and then for the next 3 one minute rounds, do 7x.7= 4.9 or 5 reps each of those minute rounds.  If you are unable to finish those 5 reps in each of those minute rounds, then you will just need to complete them before you leave.
