Are you ever afraid to do a workout?  If you are, what is it that scares you?  is it the fear of failing the workout?  With all the amazing things that everyone does in the INFERNO gym, there is NO reason to ever be afraid of ANY workout!  We challenge you to something each and everyday.  And each and everyday you hit it up head on!  We want you to believe in yourself and what you can do.  Believe in the amazing changes and improvements you have made.  Invite challenges to come your way!  Oh and just in case you need a challenge......the 2011 Crossfit Games Sectional Open will be held at the INFERNO Gym on March 19th.  Come and take this world wide challenge.  See what you can do!

Inferno Warm-up X 3

Complete the following:

60 rep Double Unders

3 rounds of:

10 reps Power Clean and Jerk (155#, 105#)

20 reps Pull-ups

60 reps Double Unders

.

then...

.

Deadlifts (70% of 1RM)

5-5-5-5

*Warm-up first then all  sets must be at 70% and must make it through 5 reps.
