WE ARE A REGISTERED 2011 CROSSFIT GAMES SECTIONAL OPEN AFFILIATE!!!!

Are you getting nervous again?? Today at 5pm PST (at least we hope it will come out at that time and not 11pm like last time hahaha) WOD #2 of the Sectional Open is going to be presented.  Any ideas what it might be? Think some strength will be in it?  Maybe a 21-15-9 WOD of a couple moves? I'm going to guess a triplet of some sort.  I bet it is still a lighter weight movement so that it keeps everyone involved for another week.  Of course it might be weighted Muscle-Ups and Overhead Walks with 225# or something crazy.  HAHAHA!! I guess we will have to wait and see!

If you had the chance to program the next workout for the Sectionals, what would make the WOD be?  And no you cant use any of the "Forty Ounce Fitness" programming!

WE WILL BE ADDING A NEW MORNING CLASS M-F STARTING NEXT WEEK!!!!  MWF WILL NOW HAVE 8AM and 915AM, TTH WILL HAVE 630AM and 745AM!!!  PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD FOR US!!!
