You must register HERE by noon to get on the heat sheet otherwise if you are a walk-in to the event you will be put into the last heats. All athletes must be at the INFERNO by noon on Saturday to check in. First heat starts at 1pm!! Its going to be a good one!!
New morning classes start next week!!! MWF will be 8am and 915am, TTH will be 630am and 745am!!! See you there!!!
Why do we do all these crazy things at the INFERNO? Of course there are all the life benefits, the functionality, the mobility, the learning again how to move correctly, gaining efficiency in all our movements, the muscle tone and building, the fat loss, the increase in energy, the push from the group, the expert training from the coaches, the nutrition guidance, ability to scream and cuss and sweat when we are working out and throw weights down. Yeah those are all good reasons but I think the 2 biggest ones are these: building your self confidence and having fun. There is no other workout out there that scares people. The fact that you do this each and every day and you know all the good things it does for you should give you a TON of confidence in yourself!!!! And most important, its fun!!! ITs always changing, pushing you, challenging you and making you do things you use to do as a young-one or a kid. Yes they are hard but they are the funnest hard workouts you will EVER have!!!
