The training we do here at the INFERNO is the great equalizer in training. If you are doing it correctly, then you are ironing out your weaknesses! We give you heavy, light, short, long, a variety of movements, in a variety of combinations. And as long as you are sticking to the ideals of our training (doing all of the workouts at high intensity, listening to you body when it needs rest, and no picking and choosing the workouts you do but rather letting the randomness attack your weakness) then you will see improvements. It will not make you the fastest, strongest, most coordinated, etc but it will get you closer to truly being FIT, which means you are VERY well-rounded!!. Enjoy the trip to your ULTIMATE FITNESS!!
We will be doing the INFERNO Member make up Sectional WOD tonight after the 730pm class so make sure you come to the class to warm up and we will start right at 830pm. 30 reps Kettle Bell Swings (53#, 35#)
45 reps Squats
