Here at the INFERNO we do some CraZy workouts; workouts where the "normal" person would not think twice to skip.  For example, yesterday we had 7 rounds of 15 sumo deadlift high pull, 12 chest to bar pullups, and 400 m run.    I know many of you are MONDAY people(: not FRIDAY people(:(:.  But something I have been wondering about for awhile is in these long and HEAVY and INTENSE workouts where does your motivation come from? does it come from a happy feeling??? does it come from the end result of your workouts?? or does it come from somewhere else??   im not talking about competition, im talking about every day, normal day workouts, where it doesnt matter if you do well or not, or if you push as hard as you can or not. When you are feeling the worst in the middle of the workout, what makes you go on? POST YOUR COMMENTS!
