Tabata Dumbbell Thrusters (50#, 35#)
*Tabatas are done as 8 rounds of 20 secs go as fast as you can to get as many reps as possible then take 10 secs of rest. Keep track of your score each round. Knock out your highest score and get an average for each excercise.
