WE ARE A REGISTERED 2011 CROSSFIT GAMES SECTIONAL OPEN AFFILIATE!!!

For those of you doing the Sectional OPEN, has the competition made you look at Crossfit, or at your training any different?  If it has post in the comments what has changed. For those of you that arent competing, do you wish that you did?  I know that it must be hard to put yourself on the line with these workouts but sometimes that little extra incentive can help bring about giagantic differences in your outlook of training and in your performances all together!  This is week 5 everyone one!!  We are almost all the way through this Sectional Event!!!

Tonight we will have the Inferno Members make-up WOD for those that cant make this Saturday or will want to do it more than one time.  Please make sure you email me that you will be here tonight and also you will need to REGISTER ONLINE.  Everyone is welcome to come on Saturday and do the event!  But you must all REGISTER by noon tomorrow so that we can get the heat sheets up.  Each heat will be 25 minutes with the event and 5 minute break in between.  GET READY!!!

20 reps Sumo Deadlift High Pull (115#, 85#)

20 reps Chest to Bar Pull-ups

20 reps Burpees.

Hang Squat Clean (80% of 1RM)

*Warm-up first then all 4 sets must be at 80% of your 1RM
