Something great i really saw about Crossfit VS P90X or Insanity:

        5 Reasons I Should Be Doing P90X or Insanity instead of CrossFit:

            1.) It’s a cheaper program.

            2.) I would do it all alone.

            3.) When I fail, no one would know and I could just carry on like I was never really trying                 anyhow.

            4.) I would be working out in my living room.

Today WOD 5 of the Sectional Open will begin with the first heat stating at 1pm.  Here is the HEAT SHEET!! ;/  Please be there at noon to check in and warm-up.  I know the MindBODY is having issues so please bring your check when you show up to the gym.  If your name is not the heat sheet, we will add it to the later heats.  Good Luck to everyone!!!
