THE REGIONAL TEAM TRYOUT WILL HAPPEN TONIGHT DURING THE 730PM CLASS!!!!!!! 

NO NORMAL CLASS TONIGHT AT 730 OR TOMORROW NIGHT AT 730PM.  We need to be able to establish our men's side for the Affiliate Team by Wednesday!!!  Come cheer them on!!!!!!!

"Music tames the savage beast!!", "Music can make you smarter!", "the Music will move you!".  These are all quotes about the power of music.  Its amazing what some loud music can do for you.  I remember being back in high school on the wrestling team and blasting the lasted dance club music in my Walkman headphones.  I loved how the beat would keep me moving.  But I also think I liked how I couldn't hear how hard I was breathing when I was running up the hills.  So how much does music help you in your workouts?  Do you feel like you get a better workout with certain types of music?  What if we tried a day and didn't have the music on at all?  How do you think your workout would be?  Let us know what you think!  You may have a good idea for the tunes and we will look at it......that is unless it's Country Music!!!!  hahaha!!

20 reps of Kettle Bell Swings (53#, 35#)

*penalty is 50 burpees to be paid immediately after the last minute of Swings

*Warm-up good first then your 1st set will start at 80% of your 1RM.  All of these will be touch and go off the floor.  No resting in between.
