You're breathing hard......your muscles are burning......you look up at the clock and see that you the time is clicking away.  You grab the bar and have to pull it off the ground again.  Your body is telling you that you should stop.  If you just stop for another second then maybe it wont hurt so bad.......WHAT DO YOU DO?  This is the point where you have to take control of your mind.  Your body will do what its told and can go MUCH further than you ever thought.  But the trick is to trick your mind.  How do you do that?  How do you push to that next level?  Some people will empty their minds and just see small chunk of reps to finish.  I have seen others have total conversations with themselves and others get "workout turrets-syndrome".  Whatever your method, the more you can push that point back, the better you will perform.  When you get down to it, the one that can take the most discomfort, usually is the winner.  Whats your method?  Post it in the comments.
