The INFERNO is not just a gym. Its a way of life. This sounds pretty pretencions I know. However, with EVERY other diet, program, class, plan, etc having a start and a finish, it means they are only temporary. Anything that is temporary can only have brief benefits. If you do a 12 week diet, then you will watch what you eat, etc and see that you are losing some weight and looking better until the 12 weeks ends. then you slowly fade back to what you used to eat. The same thing goes with workout programs. Sure you can do P90X or Insanity but after your 90 days, then what? Take a couple cheat days, then a week, then back to thinking you need to get back on the 90 day attack. We push exercise and correct nutrition for life. Lift heavy things, and do it fast, run, jump, play on bars and rings, do different things often, eat meat and veggies, nuts, some fruit little starch, no bread and no sugar. This is a prescription for life right here. It doesn't say don't eat. It says to live!! We want you to live and when you live the right way you will live longer!!! Come to the INFERNO and LIVE!!

Tabata Sit Ups
*Each round of Tabata is done in the classic 20 secs as fast as you can go, 10 secs of rest for 8 rounds. So each movement is for a total of 4 minutes. The last 10 sec rest of the 8th round of each move is the only amount of time you have to transition to the following movement. Record your scores for each round of each move. Take away your two top scores for each move and average the lowest 6. This is your score for that move. Report these 4 numbers and then average those 4 for your final score.
