There are many reasons why people workout here at the INFERNO.  Some want to lose weight, some want to regain a body they used to have, some are training for a job or an event, some just need to be able to blow off some steam from the day.  They all are very personal reasons.  But if you look at any of the reasons closely, its to make you better out in the real world!  If you train with us, I will promise that all of those personal reasons you give about why you are here will be accomplished but if you stand back just a little bit more you will see what I mean.  If you have better health, a better body, are more relaxed, less stressed, do a better job at work, etc, isn't that being better out in the real world?  Of course it is!!  I see many in the gym very concerned about their times or results on a workout compared to others in the gym.  But what if you did the same workout against other people from another gym, or another state, or a whole other group of people??  Some will shrink and not perform, be scared or timmed.  Dont let this be you.  Don't let yourself be a "big fish in a little pond", when everything we are doing here is to make you the "best fish you can be in the entire ocean"!!! Step up to the line with anyone and everyone! Become the best you can be!! 

FOUNDATIONS CLASS WILL BE HELD THIS SUNDAY AT 8AM!!!!!  THIS IS A 3 HOUR CLASS THAT WILL GIVE SPECIFIC INSTRUCTION ON THE 9 BASIC MOVES IN CROSSFIT!!!  IT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL UNLIMITED MEMBERS WHO HAVE NOT YET TAKEN IT AND HIGHLY SUGGESTED TO EVERYONE ELSE WHO WORKOUTS WITH US!  EMAIL US OR WRITE YOUR NAME ON THE BOARD SO WE KNOW THE NUMBERS!!
