Each and everyday we put all of the daily athletes on the board and end the day by putting everyone's times or weights.  What is the purpose of this?  It is to humiliate someone, or make someone else feel bad?  Not at all.  There is one reason we do it and one reason only, to hold all of our athletes accountable for the workout that they did.  We say that we want you to push as hard as you can on each workout.  There will be some that you will crush and others that will crush you.  We don't care which one happens that day as long as you give it everything you have!  On the same token, the accountability for the workout comes from you in counting correctly, and making sure you are getting the full range of the movement.  It makes no difference if you come in first in the workout, and it is absolutely wrong if you think that not doing the full range of motion or miss counting reps is helping you.  The best thing you can do is give everything you have and have full integrity about your workout.  We train you here to be better out there.  If you aren't being honest here there you wont be honest out there.  We say to leave your pride at the door.  There is no place for it in the gym.  All we want and all we need is all you have.....good or bad.....you give us that and we will give you the best coaching and training ever!!
